Several right-wing commentators have accused President Barack Obama of having Justice Antonin Scalia killed to gain control of the Supreme Court. However, BS News medical correspondent Dr. Juliane Bashir has offered her medical opinion.

“It is my medical opinion that the causes of Scalia’s death are old age, being overweight and being a mean-spirited racist,” said Bashir.

Although conspiracy theorists, such as Alex Jones and Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump, believe Scalia was killed, he had been suffering from several health problems and was overweight. Scalia died at age 79, which is four years past the national life expectancy for men.

According to his physician Rear Adm. Brian P. Monahan, Scalia suffered from several health problems such as coronary artery disease, obesity, sleep apnea, hypertension and diabetes. He was also a smoker.
