Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump continues to conduct a bizarre political campaign.
According to Politico, at a recent campaign stop in Tampa, Fla., the billionaire real estate tycoon asked the crowd for suggestions about vice presidential candidates. Some crowd members shouted former Sec. of State Condoleezza Rice and former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich.
A Business Standard News reporter at the rally also heard others saying they wanted Jack Bauer, fictional star of “24” and retired action star Chuck Norris. Some Evangelicals in the crowd shouted Jesus.
Trump later hugged the American flag and declared to the crowd that he was having a great time running for president.
“I’ve never done this before, this is fun,” said Trump. “We have a lot of good people, you’ll be happy.”
