Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is getting increasingly desperate in his attacks against Hillary Clinton, the Democratic nominee.
In an interview with the Conservative Chronicle, Trump blamed Hillary for 9/11.
“Crooked Hillary did nothing to stop 9/11,” said Trump. “Where was she when bodies were falling from the World Trade Center?”
However, the 9/11 terrorist attacks took place under Republican President George W. Bush. Former President Bill Clinton, Hillary’s husband’s, intelligence officials tried to warn Bush staffers about impending attacks from Al-Qaeda, but the warnings fell on deaf ears.
Republican attacks against Clinton are getting to the point of being ridiculous. Former presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson accused her of writing a college thesis about Saul Alinsky who had praised Lucifer.
“Let me tell you something about Saul Alinsky,” said Carson in a speech at the Republican National Convention. “He wrote a book called ‘Rules for Radicals.’ On the dedication page, it acknowledges Lucifer, the original radical who gained his own kingdom. So are we willing to elect someone as president who has as their role model someone who acknowledges Lucifer?”
