Alex Jones, a Donald Trump supporter, has blamed an international conspiracy for the Republican presidential nominee’s plunging poll ratings.
“When the New World Order saw that Trump’s presidential campaign was doing well, they cooked up a smear campaign to sink him,” said Jones, referring to the sex scandal currently involving at least 10 women who have come forward with allegations. “This conspiracy was a joint effort of several forces, international bankers, the CIA, big media, Black Lives Matter, George Soros. Even ISIS, which is secretly being funded by the CIA, slowed down their attacks to make it seem as if we’re winning the war over there.”
Jones never met a conspiracy he didn’t like. He also believes that the government was behind 9/11 and the Sandy Hook shooting was staged by the government to justify cracking down on gun owners.
According to Talking Points Memo, Trump also believes a grand conspiracy is behind his downfall.
“There is nothing the political establishment will not do, no lie that they won’t tell to hold their prestige and power at your expense,” said Trump during a campaign stop in West Palm Beach, Fla. “And that’s what has been happening. The Washington establishment, and the financial and media corporations that fund it, exist for only one reason, to protect and enrich itself. The establishment has trillions of dollars at stake in this election.”
But according to an ABC/Washington Poll poll, seven in 10 Americans believe Trump made unwanted advances to women.
Trump’s fortunes plummeted when he was seen on an “Access Hollywood” video saying his fame allows him to “grab women by the pussy.”
