Black conservative Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson is insisting President-elect Donald Trump won the majority of black votes.
“Trump ran a great campaign, focusing on jobs and ending crime, those are issues that speak to black voters,” said Peterson on his radio show. “He probably won about 60 percent of the black vote. But that story has been suppressed by Crooked Hillary and the liberal media.”
Trump and his supporters continue to exist in an alternate reality where they stubbornly refuse to believe the facts. According to the Pew Research Center, 88 percent of African Americans voted for Hillary Clinton. This was a slight dip from 2012 when 93 percent of black voters supported President Barack Obama.
In related news, Trump is still insisting he won the popular vote, but according to USA Today, Clinton won the popular vote by more than 2 million ballots.
In addition to winning the Electoral College in a landslide, I won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally
