President Donald Trump has been in power for a little more than three weeks, but his White House is in disarray. National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn has resigned because of his contacts with the Russian ambassador, insiders are leaking damaging information about the dysfunctional administration and intelligence officials have declared war with Trump. A Republican judge has called for his impeachment and both congressional Republicans and Democrats are calling for an investigation of the Trump’s administration ties to Russia.
However, conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, a Trump supporter, thinks there is a nefarious plot behind his problems.
“I believe the reptilian aliens have formed an alliance with the CIA, Black Lives Matter and the fake media that is determined to bring Trump down,” said Jones on his show “Infowars.”
Infowars, which has run stories about the government being behind 9/11 and chemicals in orange juice turning men gay, was recently granted a spot in the White House press corps.
Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh also tried to deflect the blame from Trump. He blamed his woes on his favorite culprit, former President Barack Obama.
“The question is, what did Barack Obama know (about Flynn) and when did he know it and what has he engineered here?” said Limbaugh, according to Mediaite.
