Televangelist Pat Robertson has declared that North Korea’s threats to drop a nuclear bomb on California might not be a bad thing.
“Yeah thousands of people might die, but maybe this is God’s way of getting rid of the liberals and the homosexuals?” said Robertson on “The 700 Club.”
While the rest of the nation watches in fear as North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and President Donald Trump trade insults, some conservatives have cheered the idea of California being hit by a nuclear weapon.
According to Media Matters, Grant Stinchfield, host of NRA TV, suggested we should say Sacramento has changed its name to Guam. (North Korea has threatened to hit Guam with a nuclear weapon.)
Stinchfield later apologized for his “joke.”
