Donald Trump’s disastrous presidency has been marked by numerous scandals and repeated lies. One of his lies was recently debunked by the Department of Justice, according to Newsweek.
“Both FBI and National Security Division (NSD) confirm that they have no records related to wiretaps as described by the March 4, 2017 tweets,” stated a court filing.
In March Trump grabbed national headlines when he claimed that President Barack Obama had ordered the bugging of Trump Tower.
Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!

Trump has been ensnared in an FBI investigation of his ties to Russia, who allegedly help tip the election in his favor. Last week, Facebook revealed that a Russian-linked company had spent thousands of dollars on targeting voters with Facebook ads.
“Facebook’s chief security officer, Alex Stamos, wrote in a blog post on Wednesday that the ads cost about $100,000. He said they were connected to about 470 ‘inauthentic’ Facebook pages and accounts, which seemed to be affiliated and ‘likely operated out of Russia,’” said NPR.
Now the bugging story has been debunked former CIA director Leon Panetta has called on Trump to apologize to Obama.
But Alex Jones, host of conspiracy show “InfoWars,” claims that Obama doesn’t need to use conventional means to spy on Trump.
“My sources in the intelligence agencies claim Obama is working with some of the shape-shifting aliens, who have ESP powers,” said Jones. “They don’t need wiretaps, they can steal the thoughts right out of your brain.”
Jones, a noted conspiracy theorist, believes the world is controlled by a secret cadre of shape-shifting reptilian aliens. He also believes that the Sandy Hook shooting and 9/11 were false flag operations by the government. Jones also claimed the children killed in the Sandy Hook school shooting were being held at a prison colony on Mars. NASA issued a statement denying this.
