One year later and FOX News is still reeling from the sex scandal that toppled former CEO Roger Ailes. But televangelist Jim Bakker thinks there are nefarious forces at work. Speaking on his television show, Bakker said FOX News is under satanic attack because they supported President Donald Trump.
“Trump is God’s candidate and FOX News backed him, so it’s natural that Satan would come after them,” said Bakker, who recently bragged about being invited to the White House. “These women who have come forward with accusations are demonically-possessed Jezebels.”
Bakker wasn’t the only Evangelical minister who backed FOX News during its ongoing sex scandals.
Televangelist Pat Robertson has come out in support of FOX News commentator Eric Bolling who was recently suspended for allegedly sending pictures of his penis to co workers.
“And the latest attack is against a guy named Eric Bolling, who I think is a straight arrow. He was on this program, he’s a dedicated Catholic, goes to mass every day, a very nice man. They’ve pulled him off the air because somebody sent some pictures ostensibly over his name,” said Robertson.
In the past Bolling has been forced to make public apologies for making racist and sexist comments.
