More details are leaking out about the sex scandal involving FOX News CEO Roger Ailes. According to a report in The New York Daily News, a woman who requested to remain anonymous, said Ailes demanded anal sex in exchange for a raise.
“He said if I wanted a $10,000 raise, he wanted anal,” said the woman, who is still too scared to go public. “He had a whole ranking scale for his sex acts. He said if I agreed to a golden shower that would be worth a $20,000 raise. A threesome would be worth $30,000.”
FOX News and Ailes are reeling from a sexual harassment lawsuit filed last week by former anchor Gretchen Carlson. Carlson claims Ailes badgered her for sex. When she refused her career stalled and she was eventually fired. Carlson’s lawsuit has spurred at least six other women to come forward. One of the women, Kellie Boyle, was interviewed by Fortune and she also claimed Ailes wanted sex in exchange for career advancement.
Boyle describes her encounter with Ailes which happened in 1989.
“Things changed 180 degrees when I accepted a ride from him,” she said. “He had a car and a driver. We got in the car and he said, ‘You know if you want to play with the big boys, you have to lay with the big boys.’”
Boyle claimed Ailes told her several other women in the media world had traded sex for career advancement. However, when she rebuffed him her career ran into a brick wall.
“I was persona non grata suddenly,” said Boyle.
