Bakker: Trump Will Restore Christianity to Its Rightful Place

Televangelist Jim Bakker said he’s looking forward to Donald Trump’s presidency. During an appearance on his television show, Bakker said Trump would restore Christianity to its rightful place in America. Trump received 80 percent of the white Evangelical vote.

“Over the last eight years, Christians have felt they have been under assault, what with gay marriage and men using women’s bathrooms,” he said. Bakker blamed this on Obama.

“I believe that Obama’s foreign upbringing meant he never held Christianity in high regard,” said Bakker.

Apparently, even after eight years of ridiculous rumors and innuendos, the issue of President Barack Obama’s faith is not resolved. According to Mediaite, former representative Joe Walsh blamed Obama’s hatred of Israel on his religion.

“For better or worse, I’m not afraid to say it publicly. I think Obama is Muslim. I think in his head and in his heart he has always been,” said Walsh on Twitter.

  1. Little’ (as in small-minded) Jimmy Bakker is one of the biggest, if not the biggest pseudo Christians that has ever been…his personal religious views are totally insignificant…I find it astounding that people are still funding his capriciousness…
