Evangelical Christian Franklin Graham has blamed mass shootings in America, on online pornography of all things.

“Pornography has become so widespread nowadays, you can access it on your phone, and society does nothing about it,” said Graham in an interview with World Net Daily. “Once you allow obscenities like porn, anything is possible, even mass shootings.”

In the aftermath of the Las Vegas shooting, carried out by gun enthusiast Stephen Paddock, Republicans have twisted themselves into knots avoiding blaming the massacre on access to high-powered weaponry.

After the American College of Physicians said that gun violence was a public health issue, NRA spokesperson Dana Loesch said there were plenty of other dangerous items such as cigarettes and feet.

NRA President Wayne LaPierre also tried to deflect blame from his organization which has been accused of having blood on its hands. LaPierre blamed Hollywood.

“We spend millions of dollars every year teaching people safety and responsibility,” said LaPierre in a FOX News interview. “And this Hollywood crowd makes billions a year, every single day, teaching gun irresponsibility to the American public. The hypocrisy is beyond belief.”

Former CNN commentator and Trump supporter Jeffrey Lord put the blame on abortion.

“How in the world in a culture — if a culture does not value life do we get into this situation? We get into this situation, I would suggest, and perhaps we need to finally have the conversation about abortion. Now, Nancy Pelosi is concerned about preventing many deaths,” said Lord in an interview on the Sean Hannity radio show. “How many millions of babies have lost their lives here because of a “right to choice” that was written by the Supreme Court out of thin air? If we have a culture that disrespects human life and teaches people to have disrespect for human life, how else are we going to wind up than we did with this guy in Las Vegas who had no respect for human life?”
